well I assumed server clock was the best arbiter...
everyone's clock is different, unless you're saying like apple sync time or something which isn't specified in the rules.

Pretty much every time sync service has an accurate time (at least to the second).

The server's clock isn't 100% accurate. There was a similar situation in CYG a few rounds ago where that inaccuracy caused a shitstorm of enormous proportions.
But hey, if martinist is willing to trade...

It wasn't THAT bad. But honestly we need to do a better job at communicating that the timeanddate clock is the one we're using. It's been a rule for a long time but it wasn't included in the new posts.

We are supposed to be using the clock according to this site http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/usa/chicago

I've asked for it to be included in the OP so people know from now on.
