Ultimate Achievement: All Twenty women from a category
Diamond Achievement: At least twelve women from a category
Platinum Achievement: At least six women from a category
Gold Achievement: At least three women from a category
Now once you have a Gold Achievement, you can then keep going and upgrade it to the following levels by claiming/adding/trading for more girls from that category as the game goes on, or go for other Achievements altogether.
