I wish I knew how to do this stuff for free but the online guides I find are confusing.

I basically just have male and female options like Female: Undress (the default), Male: Undress, Female: Lingerie, Female: Small Beasts, Female: Big Breasts, Female: Skinny, Female: Thick, Male: Underwear, Male: Muscular, Male: Fat, Male: Skinny, Male: Erect Penis, and so on.

So the first set of pics started as Female: Undress, and then I did a bit more masking work at the legs because they weren't posed well at first (I think I did need to use Male: Undress on them to get them to a better pose) but otherwise the rest is the unchanged first outcome.
